Respect for privacy and protection of personal data

The information collected on our donors and/or Alumni is recorded in a computerized file by the CentraleSupélec Foundation. It is intended for the fundraising department, solely for internal management purposes in order to respond to your requests, appeal to your generosity, send you your tax receipts or our communications, in particular via the newsletter of our Foundation in order to keep you informed of our activity.

Your data is kept for a period strictly limited to the achievement of the aforementioned purposes. The CentraleSupélec Foundation undertakes not to transfer your data outside the European Union. All banking information to process the payment is totally secure. They are not stored on our computer systems under any circumstances.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) in force in the European Union, you may object to the use of your personal data by the CentraleSupélec Foundation. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL. You have the right to access your data for rectification, limitation, portability or deletion, by contacting the CentraleSupélec Foundation.
